Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as a behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships for building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to prioritize customer needs.
- Participate in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree required, or within 2 months of graduation.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
