About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure and site development projects.
- Planning project activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Performing site visits.
- Monitoring work to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Analyzing stormwater management requirements.
- Assessing ground conditions.
- Recommending technically sound solutions.
- Supporting project documentation.
- Assisting in cost estimates.
- Contributing to timely project delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Civil Engineering Design
- Civil Engineering fundamentals
- Infrastructure or site development projects
- Planning
- Project coordination within civil engineering contexts
- Stormwater Management and related hydrology or drainage design
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools)
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience in construction supervision, quality control, and safety practices will be beneficial.
