About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern role at Insofy is an on-site internship based in Faridabad. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search, helping to build brand awareness and generate leads. This position offers practical exposure to digital marketing tools and strategies, along with mentorship and learning opportunities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Collect and organize data.
• Prepare basic reports and insights.
• Assist with market research.
• Assist with competitor analysis.
• Assist with optimization of online content to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, and search engine visibility.
• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for online platforms and basic familiarity with content creation tools.
• Comfort working with data, including organizing metrics in spreadsheets and interpreting basic campaign performance indicators.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest in the insurance or financial services sector and willingness to learn about industry trends and client needs.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced work environment.
