Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a strong engineer to join our Product Engineering team, working on our flagship SaaS product — a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform used by clients to manage, analyse, and optimise their telecom spend across complex, multi-vendor environments. This position is designed for someone who is ready to step up — technically strong, eager to lead, and looking for an environment where they can grow into a Tech Lead over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the existing product.
• Actively contribute to the architectural thinking of the migration to a modern stack.
• Hands-on execution of the migration to the new stack.
• Day-to-day development across both stacks.
• Gradually take on more architectural responsibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

The platform is currently built on:

• .NET
• Angular
• MS SQL Server

We are actively planning a migration to a modern stack:

• Python
• MySQL
• Cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Components including Celery for task queuing
• Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• AI capabilities powered by Ollama (on-premise) or AWS Bedrock

Qualifications

• Genuinely comfortable in two modes simultaneously: maintaining and enhancing the existing product with confidence, while actively contributing to the architectural thinking and hands-on execution of the migration to the new stack.
• Technically strong.
• Eager to lead.
