About the Role

Flexi Software is hiring Junior Full-Stack Software Engineers to help build the next generation of our platform. You will work across C# services and modern web front ends built with Node.js, React, and Next.js, backed by Microsoft SQL Server. This role is a strong starting point for an early-career engineer who wants to grow quickly, learn from experienced engineers, and ship real software at scale. This is a hybrid position, working in person with the team in our Atlanta, GA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deliver full-stack features for Flexi's next-generation platform, working across C# back-end services and APIs and Node.js, React, and Next.js front ends.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, including unit and integration tests.
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server: write queries and stored procedures, design tables, and learn to tune for application and database performance.

  • Review and verify AI-generated code, owning correctness, security, and quality.

  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and developer notes.
  • Partner with Product, QA, and senior engineers to turn requirements into shipped customer-facing software.
  • Contribute on a limited basis to Flexi's legacy Windows desktop solutions in C++ and C#, while next-generation web platform delivery remains the primary focus.
