Full Stack Developer

About the Role

ConversionBox is an AI-powered discovery platform. We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team working on ConversionBox, our cutting-edge AI marketing product. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and integrate AI-driven features to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React and design robust, scalable backend services using FastAPI and Node.js.
• Database & Caching Management: Design and optimize databases using SQL and leverage Redis for efficient caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• AI Feature Integration: Collaborate with product and AI teams to develop, deploy, and enhance AI-powered capabilities within the ConversionBox platform.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Assist in deploying and managing cloud applications on AWS to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Backend: Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI (Python) and Node.js.
• Databases: Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with relational database design.
• Caching: Experience working with Redis for in-memory data storage and caching strategies.
• AI Experience: Prior experience or strong interest in developing and integrating AI/ML features into web products.
• Cloud (Good to Have): Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, RDS).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering user-centric product features.
