About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Meta Ads Focus) to join our team remotely. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, and campaign execution with a growing chess education/community brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Market research and gathering insights
- Assisting in brainstorming and creating ad creatives (copy, visuals, ideas)
- Assisting in planning and launching ad campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Understanding of social media ads, especially Meta Ads.
- Interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote setup.
- Eager to learn and experiment.
- Ability to take complete ownership of tasks and projects assigned.
Internship Structure
- Flexible remote internship (approximately 2 hours a day after onboarding).
- First 3-4 weeks will be unpaid (learning + trial period).
- Potential conversion to a paid contract role with stipend/compensation based on value creation.
