About the Role
Vervotech, a Constellation Inc company, is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer in Pune City. This role involves creating visual assets for various channels and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop brand-aligned concepts.
- Design logos and icons.
- Refine typography.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects.
- Prepare files for production or publishing.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Stay current with design trends and tools.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (or similar industry-standard design tools).
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation and maintenance of brand identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that support brand tone and readability.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, web, and social media platforms is beneficial.
