About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role

• Responsible for overseeing daily transportation activities and ensuring smooth movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule vehicle routes.
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Monitor deliveries to meet timelines and service standards.
• Handle transportation documentation.
• Track shipments.
• Resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers.
• Optimize routes for cost and efficiency.
• Support overall operations management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Transportation Management and Operations Management skills.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Solid Organization Skills.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and transportation or ERP software is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
