About the Role

Niscka is seeking a skilled Buying & Sourcing Executive to join our team, with a focus on fashion jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for fashion jewellery products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the fashion jewellery industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of buying strategies.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all buying activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in buying, costing, supplier management, price negotiation, product costing, and international sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the fashion jewellery industry, including current trends and market conditions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
