Project Engineer - Civil
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Engineer - Civil, based in Bengaluru South, with an allowance for some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Engineer will oversee construction projects, coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors, manage resources, and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

- Working collaboratively with all stakeholders
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD
- MS Project
- Other construction management tools
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in Civil Engineering, including structural analysis, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management tools, resource planning, and scheduling techniques.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety management, and troubleshooting construction challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Additional certifications in project management are a plus.
- Prior experience in the construction industry, especially in residential or commercial projects, is highly desirable.
