Key Responsibilities
- Gather various reports from back-end / ECRM tools.
- Perform MIS reporting as per process.
- Reduce timeline for improvement on TAT.
- Coordinate and close loop back-end requirements from the sales team with various internal and external agencies.
- Act as a support structure to the Sales team when required.
- Continuous coordination with all channel partners.
- Ensure steady data flow from sales in locations to the head office.
- Cross-functional coordination with back-end functions.
- Perform data analysis.
