About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Business Development Executive to support admissions, handle inquiries, and assist marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiry calls and provide clear information about courses and services.
- Conduct campus tours and explain course details to prospective students and parents.
- Assist with the admission process—documentation, form filling, and student onboarding.
- Respond to Instagram/WhatsApp DMs and follow up with leads.
- Support sales and marketing strategy.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva.
- Help manage events such as workshops, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Social media handling knowledge is a plus.
- Creative, organized, and able to multitask.
- Canva is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
Additional Notes:
- Salary: 35k-37k In hand
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- 2 Saturday Off
