About the Role

As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. On an as-needed basis, you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members and liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements.

Work You'll Do

As an Analyst at Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing application support for Infor Global Human Resources/Human Capital Management (GHR/HCM), including corrective maintenance and bug resolution.
• Configuring and supporting core HR, talent management, benefits administration, payroll, security, and access components within Infor GHR/HCM.
• Supporting integrations, employee data imports and exports, Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION) Business Object Documents, and interface processes using application programming interfaces, extensible markup language (XML/XSLT), and extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools.
• Troubleshooting configuration, database, job, integration, and workflow issues across the application environment.
• Collaborating with junior team members and onsite/offshore teams to understand requirements and support delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 1-3 years of application support experience in technical aspects of Infor GHR/HCM.
• Experience supporting Infor GHR/HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Security and Access, Integration, and Infor Process Automation/Infor Process Designer.
• 1-3 years of experience as a functional consultant with another Human Capital Management or Global Human Resources management system.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM/GHR data structures, integrations, configuration, Landmark technology runtime environments, Configuration Console, and Landmark Programming Language.
• Experience with structured query language (SQL)-based reporting, data validation tools, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience troubleshooting configuration errors, database errors, job failures, integration failures, and workflow errors.
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Birst Analytics or Application Studio reporting tools.
• Experience with multi-tenant environment maintenance, tenant patching, and system upgrades.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM in a cloud-hosted environment.
• Experience with extensions, customizations, and complex integrations in Infor GHR/HCM.
• Infor GHR/HCM certification or Information Technology Infrastructure Library Version 3 Foundation certification.
• Experience with Infor Lawson migrations or domain experience in Healthcare, Public Sector, or Financial Services.
