About the Role

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials, maintaining consistency with each brand’s strategy and guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing logos, typography systems, and layout compositions.
• Collaborating with strategists and copywriters.
• Refining concepts based on feedback.
• Preparing production-ready files.
• Working closely with clients during reviews.
• Contributing to the visual evolution of partner brands.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma (or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong core design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio showcasing brand-focused work.
• Ability to develop and refine visual identities through Logo Design and Branding.
• Proficiency in Typography, including type selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret brand strategy into visuals.
• Openness to iterative feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients on-site in Chennai.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
