Junior Marketing Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital and print. You’ll design a wide range of visual content, from event invitations and presentation decks to social media assets and short-form video, while keeping everything polished, cohesive, and true to our brand. What You’ll Do

• Design event invitations, digital and print collateral, and branded marketing materials
• Create and design polished presentation decks for internal use, clients, and partners
• Develop social media graphics, templates, and campaign visuals that keep our brand consistent
• Edit short-form videos, including social reels and brand videos
• Handle basic image editing and retouching, including product photo cleanup, cropping, and color correction
• Use AI tools thoughtfully and efficiently to speed up workflows and spark ideas, without compromising quality or brand integrity
• Support day-to-day client communication by drafting and sending emails, sharing files, and coordinating feedback
• Assist with social media tasks such as preparing posts, scheduling content

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6 months-1 year of experience in graphic design, ideally in fragrance, beauty, or consumer product brands
• A strong portfolio showing range across print, digital, social, and presentation design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Experience creating presentation decks in PowerPoint or Canva
• A good creative eye, with strong instincts for typography, color, layout, and luxury or lifestyle aesthetics
• Comfort using basic AI tools to enhance your work
• Clear, professional written communication for client-facing emails
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform formats
• Experience with event or launch-related design
• Basic motion graphics skills
