About the Role

Campus Builders is a growing organization focused on creating engaging, modern experiences for educational and corporate environments. This full-time Graphic Designer role will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and campaign creatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Interpret briefs.
• Create layouts.
• Select typography.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare files for production.
• Iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality and accuracy.
• Contribute ideas to branding initiatives.
• Help refine the visual identity for current and future projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
• Logo Design and Branding experience to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Typography proficiency, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility in digital and print formats.
• Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and deliver production-ready files.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to incorporate constructive feedback in an iterative design process.
• Prior experience in a hybrid or collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams, is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
