PPT DESIGNER(not for IT)

About the Role

MSME Sahayak, a unit of Sahayak Advisory Private Limited, is seeking a full-time, on-site PPT Designer for its Greater Ahmedabad Area location. This role focuses on creating visually compelling and professional presentations for client pitches, internal strategy discussions, trainings, and reports, aligned with MSME Sahayak’s brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and professional presentations.
• Structure content into clear narratives.
• Design slide layouts.
• Select appropriate visuals and icons.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and formatting.
• Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to understand key messages.
• Translate complex business and legal concepts into simple, engaging visual formats.
• Refine existing presentations.
• Maintain templates and design assets.
• Ensure timely delivery for multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Google Slides
• Basic graphic design software

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and organize information into clear, logical slide flows.
• Proficiency with presentation tools and related information technology.
• Ability to manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective project management and time management skills.
• Experience in integrating text, data, charts, and visual elements into cohesive, high-impact presentations.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles to design slides that are easy to read, visually balanced, and audience-friendly.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography, with a good aesthetic sense for corporate and consulting environments.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualification in design, communication, business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in corporate or consulting presentation design is an advantage.
