Role: Entry-Level Psychiatric Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and addiction care for adults and adolescents.
- Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient status.
- Support crisis stabilization within a secure, therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment processes and care plans.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Facilitate evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recent graduate with a valid nursing license.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in psychiatric nursing and behavioral health.
