Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s and clients’ network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related systems.
- Monitoring network performance.
- Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues.
- Optimizing configurations to ensure stable, secure, and high-availability operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Documenting network topologies and changes.
- Supporting network upgrades and migrations.
- Applying security best practices.
- Managing access controls.
- Assisting in planning for capacity, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering.
- Skills in Network Design.
- Skills in Troubleshooting.
- Skills in Network Security.
- Ideally, experience with common networking technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Industry certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
