Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual Business Target on a monthly basis.
• Dispense the right product to customers and ensure orders are delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain company assets and stocks available at the counter.
• Be liable for any damage or loss of a product.
• Maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff, and Hospital Management.
• Address all customer issues and keep the reporting manager informed.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs laid by the company.
• Maintain the decor of the counter at all times.
• Attend to goals assigned by the Reporting Manager.
