Key Responsibilities
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Prepare real food by hand.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.
- No prior experience necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, eligible for digital tips.
- Tuition assistance: 100% coverage for select degrees or up to $5,250/year.
