About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and closing new business with residential societies and related stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospects, conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Close new business with residential societies and related stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees, administrators, and other decision-makers.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful onboarding and usage of NoBrokerHood’s solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation.
• Deliver training sessions to client teams and partners.
• Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback.
• Contribute to sales strategies that support territory targets and overall business objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline handling, territory planning, and target achievement.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities.
• Experience in Training clients or internal teams on product features, usage, and best practices.
• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in prop-tech, community management, or related technology solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic productivity software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
