About the Role

This is a customer-facing role located in Bangalore (On-site) within our experience centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options, and potential applications.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• MBA/BBA students or recent graduates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
