The Consumer & Community Banking division serves Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans, and payment processing.

About the Role

Join our Proactive Outreach team as a Consumer Originations Proactive Outreach Agent, where you will connect potential customers with Home Lending Advisors and play a key role in driving business growth. You'll be at the forefront of lead generation, calling customers to confirm interest in mortgage products and seamlessly transferring qualified leads. You'll thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric team that values collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of lead types, ensuring timely follow-up and transfers to Home Lending Advisors.
• Initiate contact with potential customers, provide information, and assist in connecting them with the right advisor.
• Respond to customer application leads, address inquiries, and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Leverage multiple shared mailboxes and systems, maintaining data integrity and quality for all records.
• Foster strong relationships with internal partners and customers through real-time communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of procedures, templates, and job aids to enhance lead management.
• Partner with the Sales teams to support overall objectives and foster a cooperative, dynamic work environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service through helpful, empathetic, and positive interactions.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules that support Sales Teams' operating hours, which includes certain holidays and weekends.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously
• Experience with multiple shared mailboxes and systems
• Familiarity with mortgage originations or servicing systems and processes (Preferred)
• Prior call center experience (Preferred)

Regulatory Requirements

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent upon JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant factors demonstrating financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates. Information obtained during the registration process may impact employment. Information provided during the Chase application process may be transferred to NMLS by JPMorgan Chase.
