About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as a Public Relations & Communications Assistant. We are a face-to-face marketing and brand representation firm that helps established brands connect with new audiences through professional communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent established brands at promotional events and designated campaign locations.
• Communicate brand messaging, product information, and promotions to the public.
• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Answer questions and help customers understand available products and services.
• Assist with promotional events, branded displays, and campaign activities.
• Participate in paid training focused on communication, public speaking, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face.
• Ability to work in person, including weekends as required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required.
• Welcome recent graduates, career changers, and candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer activities.
• Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
