3D Designer

About the Role

The 3D Designer will develop high-quality 3D visual content for events, experiential marketing campaigns, and branded environments, translating creative concepts into detailed 3D models and renderings. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of office presence for collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design stage setups, event spaces, product display units, and experiential zones.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and client servicing teams.
• Apply appropriate lighting, materials, and animation techniques for visually compelling and production-ready designs.
• Refine concepts based on feedback.
• Maintain project timelines.
• Align deliverables with brand guidelines and event objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling tools, with the ability to create detailed, production-ready event and experiential marketing layouts.
• Strong understanding of Lighting techniques for realistic rendering and visual storytelling in 3D environments.
• Graphic Design skills to create complementary visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned elements for event and digital materials.
• Experience in Animation for presentations, motion walkthroughs, and dynamic visualizations of event spaces or brand activations.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D work for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, or experiential marketing.
• Experience in agency or event environments is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
