About the Role
The Autumn Internship at ECZ Management Partners is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and financial research.
- Help prepare presentations and deal materials.
- Assist with analyses related to fundraising, M&A, and capital structure.
- Gather and organize data.
- Build basic financial models.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and basic financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven research and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in technology, startups, and corporate finance or investment banking.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in New York, NY and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common productivity tools.
- Familiarity with financial databases is a plus.
- Demonstrated initiative, time management, and professionalism in fast-paced or project-based settings.
