About the Role
GROWAI Edtech is seeking a part-time remote Data Analytics Trainer. This role focuses on designing and delivering online lessons, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver online lessons, workshops, and hands-on labs covering data analytics concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare teaching materials.
- Create practical exercises and projects.
- Explain complex topics in accessible language.
- Provide constructive feedback on learner assignments.
- Support learners through live sessions and discussion forums.
- Update course content to reflect emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training programs.
- Maintain professional communication with learners.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Information Technology skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Basic understanding of AI-related technologies.
- Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills.
- Experience explaining technical topics clearly and engaging diverse groups of learners.
- Software Development skills.
- Programming in languages commonly used in analytics (e.g., Python, R, or SQL).
- Experience working with data-processing libraries or frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create well-structured learning materials.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Experience using online learning platforms and collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field is ideal.
- A relevant degree or professional certification is ideal.
