About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle APEX Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database 19c. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Work with Oracle databases, including Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c.
- Develop interactive and user-friendly application interfaces using JavaScript and jQuery.
- Integrate applications with external systems using RESTful web services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain Oracle APEX Interactive Grids, reports, and data-driven application components.
- Work with BI Publisher for report development and document generation, as required.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Oracle APEX – Mandatory
- SQL and PL/SQL – Mandatory
- Oracle Database 19c – Mandatory
- Oracle Database 11g/12c experience.
- JavaScript, jQuery, and REST Web Services – Mandatory
- Strong database development and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- BI Publisher.
- Oracle APEX Interactive Grid.
- Shell scripting.
- Experience in application performance tuning and REST API integrations.
