About the Role
The Service Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at PVRINOX cinemas in Jabalpur. The Service Associate is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience by greeting visitors, assisting with ticketing and seating, and ensuring cinema lobbies, auditoriums, and service areas are clean and well-organized. This role supports food and beverage counters, manages basic cash handling and billing, and provides prompt assistance with customer queries or concerns. The Service Associate works closely with the cinema operations team to maintain safety, follow company policies, and support smooth show running. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match cinema schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide assistance.
- Assist with ticketing and seating.
- Ensure cinema lobbies, auditoriums, and service areas are clean and well-organized.
- Support food and beverage counters.

Qualifications
