About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad.
- Provide application support for ophthalmic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for ophthalmic equipment.
- Assist with installation of equipment.
- Conduct user training for eye care professionals.
- Perform product demonstrations for eye care professionals.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot basic application-related issues.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex concerns.
- Document customer feedback.
- Prepare reports on product usage.
- Support sales and marketing teams with clinical inputs during product presentations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of eye examination instruments and basic equipment.
- Good understanding of eye conditions and vision defects.
- Interest in ophthalmic technologies.
- Willingness to learn product features and clinical applications.
- Willingness to travel for installations, demos, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Optometry or a related field.
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand clinical workflows and product usage.
- Application Support and Technical Support skills to assist customers in using ophthalmic equipment effectively.
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve basic application-related issues.
- Clear and professional Communication Skills for training, client interactions, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
