Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and insurance details to ensure accurate billing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the billing system.
• Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure timely processing of claims and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for billing purposes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
