Process Expert

About the Role

ACCESS WAREHOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED is a warehousing and logistics company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, providing storage, handling, and distribution services. This role is within the Operations / Quick Commerce department at an Amazon Dark Store in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana. The Process Expert (PE) will be responsible for executing and monitoring day-to-day dark store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order processing, quality compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities: inbound receiving, put-away, stowing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock availability.
• Perform regular bin audits, cycle counts, inventory verification, and ICQA activities.
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates, damaged items, and near-expiry stock.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation practices.
• Track operational metrics: PPI, O2A, order fulfillment, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify process deviations and take corrective action as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with shift in-charges and store management to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper segregation and handling of ambient, chilled, frozen, and fruits and vegetables (F&V) inventory.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and update operational reports, audit trackers, and inventory records.
• Support new employee training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory accuracy and audit compliance.
• Picking and stowing productivity.
• Order processing and dispatch efficiency.
• O2A (Order-to-Availability/other internally defined O2A metric, as applicable).
• PPI (as defined by the site's operational reporting).
• Expiry, damage, and inventory loss control.
• Adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or any equivalent qualification.
• Graduation is preferred but not mandatory, subject to company requirements.

Experience

• Freshers may apply, subject to hiring requirements.
• Experience in warehouse operations, quick commerce, retail, inventory management, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Amazon, grocery operations, or dark store processes will have an added advantage.

Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per the roster.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain process accuracy.
