Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

• Engage with the community to build essential business relationships.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales & Customer Service experience: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership experience: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6-months experience in one or more of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
