About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export documentation.
• Coordinate shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Handle order processing.
• Liaise with logistics partners and customers.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely execution of export orders.
• Conduct market prospection.
• Maintain and expand international customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
• Support negotiations with overseas clients.
• Collaborate with internal production, finance, and management teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Commercial and commerce skills, including experience in pricing, quotations, and contract handling.
• Export and international business skills, including familiarity with Incoterms, documentation, and trade regulations.
• Prospection and business development skills to identify new markets, generate leads, and nurture international client relationships.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with global clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in standard office and ERP tools is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in International Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing exports.
