Key Responsibilities

• Possess strong Nursing and Patient Care skills with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based clinical practice.
• Possess Nursing Management skills, including team leadership, staff supervision, workload allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Possess knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine sufficient to support clinical decision-making and collaboration with physicians.
• Possess proficiency in clinical documentation, infection control, and adherence to regulatory and hospital policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to work on-site and manage rotating shifts if required.
• Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification, with valid registration from the appropriate nursing council.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role, preferably in hospital or critical care settings.
