Structural Design

• Analysis, design, and detailing of structural elements for high-rise/tall buildings.
• Handle projects from the preliminary stage.
• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings of structural elements as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, service consultants, and site teams to agree on safe designs and aesthetic integration.
• Perform analysis of building materials for construction use.
• Develop specifications for construction and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Determine the cause of structural failures, damages, and defects through site investigations.
• Provide reports detailing investigations and assessments of structural damages.
• Verify/Certify design calculations.
• Approve/Select appropriate construction materials in coordination with peer heads.
• Monitor the preparation of civil structural BOQs & technical deliverables for operating jobs.
• Communicate structure design through drawings and specifications to the site team, and monitor/inspect work.
• Review project deliverables and objectives, and update peer heads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of software like ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE.
