About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign planning.
• Execute social media and digital initiatives.
• Help create marketing collateral and presentations.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Gather customer insights.
• Contribute to brand awareness and lead-generation efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support outreach activities.
• Participate in events or promotions.
• Help track and report on marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Market Research skills:
• Data gathering.
• Analysis of trends.
• Preparation of insights or reports.
• Sales and Customer Service skills to support outreach, respond to inquiries, and contribute to customer engagement activities.
• Marketing Strategy skills:
• Basic understanding of branding.
• Basic understanding of campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Additional beneficial qualifications:
