About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting.
• Mixing and applying paints and coatings to interior and exterior hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
• Ensuring high-quality finishes on all painted surfaces.
• Inspecting surfaces for damage and performing minor repairs.
• Sanding and priming surfaces.
• Using both brush/roller and spray painting techniques.
• Maintaining painting tools and equipment.
• Accurately estimating material requirements.
• Coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams to complete work with minimal disruption to guests.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Practical skills in Paint and Painting for interior and exterior surfaces.
• Skills in Painting and Decorating to deliver clean, aesthetically pleasing finishes.
• Knowledge of Coatings, including selection and application.
• Experience in Spray Painting.
• Ability to read basic instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety, proper use of PPE, and safe handling of paints and chemicals.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a professional painter in hospitality, commercial, or residential settings is preferred.
