About the Role

Muscon Talent is seeking motivated US Technical Recruiters to recruit qualified candidates across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for US technical and engineering positions.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions.
• Understand technical skills and job requirements across various domains.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles to clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment in the US market.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements for IT and Engineering roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
