Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Concurrent Audits of financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audit cycles.
- Assist in remediation of control deficiencies and track progress.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Cleared CA Foundation in 2025; candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Internship or article-ship experience in audit or financial services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
