About the Role
We are looking for a commerce student or recent graduate to handle day-to-day finance operations and help us build a cleaner system from scratch. This is a real role with real ownership, not filing and photocopying.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise client invoices and keep the invoice register updated
- Follow up on pending payments over email and WhatsApp
- Maintain records of expenses, vendor bills, and payments
- Coordinate with our CA firm for GST and other filings, making sure they get what they need on time
- Maintain a monthly tracker covering revenue, receivables, payables, and client-wise profitability
- Keep documentation organized so nothing has to be hunted for later
