About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing operational processes.
• Identifying areas for improvement.
• Implementing Lean Manufacturing tools to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Managing business process improvements.
• Enhancing operations.
• Ensuring effective workflow designs.
• Providing strategic recommendations for value delivery to customers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Delivering staff training in Lean methodologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven expertise in Lean Management and Operational Excellence.
• Strong knowledge in Operations Management and Business Process Improvement.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering and related methodologies.
• Ability to manage on-site projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing productivity improvements is a plus point.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
