About the Role
- Position: Registered Nurse Resident
- Location: LOH Main - Naperville
- Full Time
- Hours: Days/PM’s
Under the direct supervision of a nurse preceptor, renders nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with professional nursing practice and physician and/or APC treatment plans in order to provide quality patient care.

- Renders nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with professional nursing practice and physician and/or APC treatment plans.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Considered for internal or external candidates; RN expected to enroll in a Bachelor's program within two years and obtain degree within five years of transfer to an RN position.)
- NCLEX (Documented proof of passing required upon position start date)
- Illinois RN license (Application required upon position start date; license must be obtained within 90 days of position start date. A license-pending registered nurse may practice under the direction of a registered professional nurse until license is received, provided specific criteria are met.)
- Current CPR issued by the American Heart Association
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (Required within 90 days of hire)
Qualifications
- Strong recommendations and references evaluated as a top performer.
- Approval from the Director of Clinical Excellence or the Chief Nursing Officer may be required for candidates with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
