Media Executive

About the Role

Social Hippi is seeking a full-time Social Media Executive to join their Social Media team in Bangalore. This is a generalist role involving multiple facets of the business within a fast-paced environment, aiming to help clients grow online.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (half days on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly content calendars for clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure creatives align with client briefs.
• Manage accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of escalation for clients.
• Report directly to the founder with weekly client reviews and updates.
• Strategize content with a growth mindset to expand client accounts online.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in copywriting, influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and account management.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks.
• Obsessed with social media, content, and storytelling.
• Ability to identify trends before they become popular.
• Proven experience in managing multiple clients.
• Not looking for a regular 9-5 schedule.
• Ability to ideate and execute brand campaigns.
• High energy, passion, dedication, and leadership ability.
• Prior content creation, copywriting, account management, or strong social media marketing experience.
