About the Role
HRD, Homes & Rentals Direct is a UK accommodation company for construction and utilities firms. We are opening our first office in Jaipur in January 2027 and hiring ten Accommodation Packagers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take live client briefs (e.g., "four engineers, Bristol, three weeks, need parking").
- Search Airbnb, Booking.com, and our own host network for properties that genuinely fit.
- Message and negotiate with UK property hosts in written English.
- Build ready-to-book options for the client to see the same day.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent written English.
- Fast, accurate online research skills.
- Comfortable with daily targets.
- Comfortable with UK working hours: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST in winter, 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST in summer, Monday to Friday.
- Office-based in Jaipur (or willing to relocate by January 2027).
Qualifications
- No property experience needed; comprehensive training provided.
Pay
- Paid training month in January 2027: Rs 20,000 to 22,000, with commission from day one.
- After training: Rs 30,000 standard basic or Rs 40,000 top-performer basic, plus uncapped commission.
