- Role: International Voice Customer Support

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools.
- Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent voice communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Graduation (15 years regular education must).
- Only voice experience to be considered.
