Event Marketing Associate

About the Role

Elevation Global is seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join their growing team as Event Marketing Associates. This is an opportunity to work directly with customers, represent established brands, and gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, and business development. The role focuses on face-to-face customer engagement, interactive brand promotions, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail events, promotional campaigns, and community-based marketing initiatives.
• Engage directly with customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
• Create positive, memorable brand experiences through face-to-face interactions.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training in marketing, sales, communication, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• No previous marketing experience is required.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or events is a plus, but not required.
• Ideal for recent college graduates, individuals interested in marketing, events, communications, or business, former athletes, competitive professionals, customer service and hospitality professionals, and motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience and leadership development.
