About the Role
Emilo Ventures is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to support legal compliance and grievance management for our digital platform. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to gain practical experience in technology law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the IT Rules, 2021, and DPDP Act, 2023.
- Support user grievance management and timely resolution.
- Assist in handling requests from government authorities and law enforcement agencies.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and maintain legal documentation.
- Support internal teams on legal, regulatory, and policy-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Indian IT laws, data privacy, and intermediary regulations.
- Good communication, legal drafting, research, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
